My culinary journey started with my apprenticeship in a 1 Michelin Star restaurant in France (Brittany), 20 years ago. This led me to working in three 2 Michelin Stars restaurants (Paris, Brittany and Courchevel), and in another two 1 Michelin Star restaurants (Lyon and Paris). I moved in Australia in 2003 and in Brisbane 3 years later.
Private Chef has been operating for over 9 years now, and I have worked in many kitchens, from Noosa to Yamba… I love the opportunity to meet my customers, tailor their menu to their likes and dislikes. It is always a challenge to cook restaurant quality meals in a home kitchen, and getting first hand feedback is a great pleasure and reward in itself.
I also love the opportunity I have to share my passion for food, experience and knowledge during my private cooking lesson.
