I have been operating for over 7 years now, and have worked in many kitchens, from Noosa to Yamba… I love the opportunity to meet my customers, tailor their menu to their likes and dislikes. It is always a challenge to cook restaurant quality meals in a home kitchen, and getting first hand feedback is a great pleasure and reward in itself.
I also love the opportunity I have to share my passion for food, experience and knowledge during my private cooking lesson.
I completed my apprenticeship in France in a 1 Michelin Star restaurant in 1998, and then worked around France in a few restaurants, including three 2 Michelin Stars and another two 1 Michelin Star. I moved to Australia in 2003, and have been in Brisbane since 2005.
